Maybe something like lemonade that isn't so sweet? Tea. Then there are those flavor things you add to water, I have no idea what they're called but they're liquid drops so you can add as much or little flavor as you want. You could try that and add less and less until you're more used to plain water.

Lemonade is loaded with sugar or artificial sweeteners. It has to be, to balance out the lemon juice.

Not if you make it yourself. I was thinking homemade, but didn't specify. Sorry!
