While I think there is a lot of great criticism about Disney Princess culture, I just....don't really agree with it.

Because I LOVED Disney princesses when I was a kid. My favorite movie was Sleeping Beauty, and I watched the shit out of it. I still love that, and countless other old school disney movies. I frequently dressed up as different variations of the theme.

But I also watched a shit ton of Star Wars, Jurassic Park, and Mighty Ducks as a kid, and grew up to be a feminist, who wants to be married in a big fucking ball gown, because I love large, crazy dresses.

I think you can love Disney Princesses, and still be a fucking bad ass feminist, because I am one.
