Candy corn horns and zodiac t shirts aren't so embarrassing as they are costume-y and strange. The grey face paint is the cringe worthy part.

I wear crap to the grocery store, dry cleaners, etc.; I can't be arsed to dress in my nice clothes. As long as it's not people-of-walmart/revealing, I'll wear pjs. (Hello kitty pjs sound really cute, ngl).

The zodiac t-shirts aren't even that weird. If I had no idea what Homestuck was, I'd just think astrology was what the kids were into these days, or it was a band or meme thing if I didn't know they were zodiac symbols.
