This. I'm in my late 20s and follow mainly people also in their late 20s/early 30s. I've actually had to unfollow teenagers, even when we have similar interests, because they were more inclined to do all of the things OP doesn't like. The 20/30somethings have already mostly finished with that "I'm so awkward and nerdy and luuuuuulz" phase.

Yeah, when I remember that majority of Tumblr users are about 10 years younger than me, I can deal with it better. But I too have had to unfollow some just because they get on my nerves so bad even though they might otherwise be cool people. There's no use to even try to say anything to them because teens tend to think they know best so the only thing that helps really is time.
