Well, the context is that after being an incredibly selfish fuck buddy for a while, a guy is giving his first handjob, and when he gets his partner's cum on his hand he realizes the extent to which he has so not been responsible for any of the other guy's orgasms in the time they've been fooling around (the story is sort of detailing main guy's first times with a guy, who had just been his best friend until these new developments).

So I kind of feel like it's important to have a word for it, but maybe I'm just putting too much thought into and need to exercise a round of "kill your darlings."

Honestly, I think "fluid" might work just fine.

In that context, I'd go with language close to what the character in question would use.
