Stiles also saved Derek's life - MULTIPLE TIMES EVEN.

What Stiles *does* is more important that what Stiles *says*.

Yeah but he also forfeited Derek's life multiple times. In the night school episode, stiles was good with taking Derek's car and leaving Derek - whether or not Derek was alive or dead.

When Derek was taken by the Argents - Stiles likely figured out how to track Derek when Scott was going crazy trying to find his phone (he gave peter that answer pretty fast; it didn't look like he had to come up with it) which means that Stiles left Derek in the hands of the people who had torched his family alive, people who would likely kill Derek for two days with no problem. Because Derek was a problem, and getting rid of Derek was a very realistic solution.

I honestly do think that if it weren't for Scott, Stiles would have been good with killing a lot of supernatural creatures. not all of them, but a good chunk of them. Which granted - a good chunk of them are bad and killing people. But at that point Derek wasn't hurting anybody and Stiles was good with letting the Argents have him.
