No 'In My Life' so far? I'd say that's probably my favourite because it can make me cry. But also 'Help', 'Norwegian Wood' 'Baby You Can Drive My Car', 'Yellow Submarine', 'Here Comes The Sun' (if it counts), 'Eleanor Rigby', 'Nowhere Man'... my Mum's old enough to be an original Beatles fan so Yellow Submarine the movie and 'Rubber Soul' were basically my childhood.
