I hate the MPAA and wouldn't be surprised if their logic is totally different from mine, but I do think the scene would be much more problematic by being "consensual" (if it even could be called that that) because of the specific characters, context and power dynamics involved.

Whoops, slip of the typing: I do realize it wasn't an actual sex scene. Point still stands, though.
