My initial thought while reading the secret was Mycroft/Lestrade, but then I got to the "colors relevant" line.

Then my mind went to Bruce/Tony, but I'm not sure why. Especially since people are saying that the color is orange. On my screen it looks red. Which is probably what led to me thinking Tony. And I thought Bruce wore a purple shirt in The Avengers, but now that I'm thinking about it, I'm wrong. It's blue. I think. And that would be needlessly complicated, why not just make the other color green?

So that can't be right. Right?

Bruce's shirt was purple, which is why I thought it might be Tony/Bruce as well. But the second colour does rather orange to me.

Plus, Tony and Bruce don't have a shared history, do they?

OP already said what it was, and it's from that basketball anime, or at least I think it is.

Anyway, if I was going to secretly write a secret about Bruce/Tony, I'd use purple and red. Or maybe Hulk green and arc reactor blue. XD

But seriously, if you ship both Mycroft/Lestrade and Bruce/Tony, we need to be friends.
