No, that's not how it works. The doctors who need organs are not the same doctors who treat a potential organ donor. I'm pretty sure that's a conflict of interest. They're usually from separate hospitals, let alone separate teams.

And you really think that makes a difference? Doctors are constantly aware of the need for organs. Suppose you are stuck with a doctor who despises the group you belong to for some reason, or who thinks you personally are a waste of good organs?

"Stuck with a doctor"? What do you think, once you get a doctor, your life is completely in their hands and their hands alone, with no one else to hold them accountable, as though there isn't a massive amount of power-checking and oversight and intricate AMA rules (or the equivalent in other countries) and hospital procedures to prevent doctors from having much personal discretion over their patients, and a metric ton of paperwork to document every step they take and every choice they make to make sure they didn't engage in negligence or malpractice, with the threat of lawsuits and being stripped of their license hanging over their heads if they do? You...really don't understand how the concept of hospitals or government medical boards work, do you?

Sure, it's possible that a doctor might do what you said. But you know what? S/he'll probably be caught if s/he does, and s/he knows it.

So do you think a doctor's prejudices never affect the quality of care they dispense to individual patients?

Sure it can. But again, if they get caught discriminating, they're in major trouble, so they have a big incentive not to.
