Yay! Mark! Kids in the Hall! Yay! Slings and Arrows! Mark's not my favorite Kid but he's still pretty awesome. I don't know if he would make a good parent but still. Yay.

Unrelated: Every time I watch through the Kids in the Hall intro, I think to myself: "The cute one... the short one... the wacky one... the tall one... the gay one." It's like they're a boy band. It amuses me.

That's on the order of their appearance on the opening title, I believe. Dave, Bruce, Kevin, Mark, Scott.

Bruce and Scott are pretty obvious...but, yeah, if it's not the order that they appear, I'm at a loss to figure out 'cute, wacky, and tall'...I think they're all the first two, and I never noticed enough of a height difference to the four non-Bruces to say who might be the tall one...

Except the one season when Scott had long hair. Then he was also "haaaaaaiiiiiirrrr..."

I've seen Kids in the Hall. He can pull off both looks very well.

(Though I thought Dave Foley made the prettiest girl. When he was dolled up, he looked like Isabella Rossellini.)

(it's true, he did make the best woman out of the KitH cast)

9/10 it's true that Dave was the prettiest woman. But then there's Mark in Hotel La Rut and it's like hot damn.

Honestly, I think Scott and Kevin were the only ones who didn't make very good looking women. Though, yeah, Dave was definitely the prettiest, I thought Bruce and Mark were quite cute, too.

Scott and Kevin couldn't pass if their lives depended on it, let alone be called pretty.

Dave was unbelievably hot in drag. I think I'm equally attracted to him both in guy clothes and in dresses (which is rare for me, normally men I'm attracted to don't make for beautiful ladies.)

When I was in middle school, I knew a girl who looked like Dave Foley dressed as a woman.

I sort of envied her, tbh.

Yes, it is Rossellini in Blue Velvet.

I am telling you. They could be twins. And I've always thought that Rossellini was one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood. Foley, turns out, is no slouch himself.
