Yeah, that's kinda true. I wouldn't mind Eleven being like that (after all, very few Doctors were as adoring of humans as Ten) except it...really doesn't make much sense for him. WHY is he like that? What made him like that? Did he just change his mind for no reason? It's not like something happened that turned him off humans.

If there was a good reason (like One not knowing what the hell he was talking about, or Three not being especially pleased about being surrounded by humans after being marooned on Earth helpless and against his will, or Six and Nine being sour grapes as a defense mechanism) I wouldn't mind, but I don't want the reason to seem to be that the Doctor just sat back after regenerating and went "oh whoops, I was totally deluded. I've decided you guys actually all suck." That's not especially satisfying.

I don't think I'd mind his attitude either as long as it was called out sometimes by the narrative. As it is, I'm pretty sure Moffat intends for the audience to go along with Eleven and be like "haha, humans really are gullible sometimes, aren't they".

Only that doesn't really work because - in the end - we are the humans that he's putting down. It's like that one xkcd comic where, well, here it is:
