Why not just take a quick shower? Even if you don't wash your hair, washing with a wipe or whatever takes time, and you can get perfectly clean in literally three minutes.

Because if you're really working hard, or it's hot where you are, all the body spray on the planet will not cover up BO. Sorry to say.
