It's not really being a dick though, it's just opinion. If you like Benedict then I guess it can be upsetting, but everyone is entitled to their opinion, whether that opinion is "Benedict is the most beautiful human being to walk the planet" or "Benedict is the most hideously ugly human being to walk the planet."

It's when people start bashing those who do think he's pretty/ugly that I get uncomfortable. I think he's pretty when playing Sherlock, but otherwise I'm just "meh" about him.

I think he looks better with his natural coloring. dark hair makes him look like space ghost coast to coast.

(AYRT) The black hair does emphasise his paleness and stark eyes, which I guess can give him a more ghostly appearance. Then again I've always been a horror fan, so maybe that's why it appeals to me!
