The 200 years thing still frustrates me so badly. It was a fabulous idea and they did absolutely nothing with it. He apparently didn't change AT ALL over the course of 200 flippin' years except to have his ruthless streak deepened slightly for three episodes.

Brig! ;_; I heard he was in an episode of the Sarah Jane Adventures though...
