More like the women were poorly written. As other posters noted, they were 3 incredibly powerful rulers who were all punished or rewarded based on whether they acted the 'right' way for a girl.

Glinda was pure and innocent and ~believed in the man even though she knew he was a con artist and a loser and only wanted the gold that would come with pretending to be a good guy, and she was rewarded with his love.

Theodora (the most powerful witch out of all three, and a super sweet woman) went all 'WE'RE GON GET MURRIED AND HAVE THE BABIEZ' after he seduced her and so he rejected her because 'LOL, CRAZY BITCH' and so she was so heartbroken over losing the guy she'd known for 24 hours that she became evil and turned ugly and ended up alone.

Evenora wanted power and had little use for the man, so she was punished for it by becoming ugly and being banished (admittedly, she was the villain of the piece, so she did some pretty awful shit and deserved punishment, but when you add her fate to that of her sister and compare it to Glinda, it's icky).

Plus, you know, a lot of people grew up with The Wicked Witch being this badass woman who commanded armies and scared the shit out of the cowardly wizard, and this reduced her to a shrieking, jealousy fueled rejected lover. And since Oz was a coward, a douche bag, a con artist, a womanizer and a greedy shit head, it makes all of them (except Evanora) look fucking stupid for falling for him.

Yeah, just ignore the part where I pointed out that she did a ton of deplorable shit and did deserve to be punished, but when you have her arc being played out in the context of the movie, and alongside Glinda and Theodora and their troublesome characterization, it's gross.

And WTF is an internet feminist? Someone who only believes women should be treated as equals online, but in real life thinks they should be secondary citizens?

Try to ignore the anti-SJW. They look for any excuse to lash out at someone with legitimate concerns about unfortunate implications media might have because they're butthurt about actually encountering a SJW and now see everyone as one.
