When 12 year olds started writing fic without having been able to read the "grown up" books that had the correct spelling in it. Or when extremely sheltered 16 year olds who were never able to read those books to get the real spellings started writing.

In any case I blame the parents, either letting children on the internet too early or not preparing children for young adulthood by giving them proper sex ed.

I don't know about the sex ed part. Everyone, including my mother, talked about having an orgasm or climaxing. No one ever said "So when you come..." It was always "When a woman climaxes..." or when a woman has an orgasm..." (or vice versa for men).

I didn't learn "come" until later and then much later "cum", the latter of which I abhor :P
