Actually, the Mirriam-Webster dictionary lists "come" as both a verb and a noun, so using "come" for semen or orgasm (both definitions are in there) is perfectly grammatically correct.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure this is a difference between UK and US English that got muddled in fandom, because I've seen "come" used in published books for ages.
