A Stiles/Scott pwp!? YES PLEASE. (link to the fic, Apparent Lack of Ceremony, in case anyone was interested in also reading it)

Also, I mostly agree with you. There's also that weird tendency for people to assume that if an author doesn't warn for any questionable behaviour (like that NON-CONSENSUAL CUDDLING which is invading private space yeah i guess) they're essentially promoting it. Etiquette used to be more straight-forward and higher context. ish. *waves a cane*

I can kind of see why TW authors warn for arbitrary shit though. I mean, I've seen at least 3 times where some fans go on shit throwing tirades, basically online bullying the author for not warning for the stupidest shit.

If I wrote for that fandom I'd probably do my best to stay out of the crazies sights as well.

This so much. There's this very well-written mafia-AU in the TW fandom that had a shit ton of warnings added to it (like dub/non-con, prostitution, abuse, etc), and then some crazy fucker read it anyway, got squicked the fuck out a few chapters in because one of the characters was harmed while on a prostitution job, and then started some rally shit against the author for not labeling their fic properly. Like they wanted a fucking warning above every single chapter or some shit to "brace themselves for when it comes". How about you read the warnings the first time-- which were clearly indicated from the moment the fic was posted, just to note-- and NOT read the fucking fic if you're triggered by non-con.

Seriously, why the fuck would you read a prostitution fic if you have a rape trigger? JFC.

Worst thing is the person got a whole bunch of people together-- SJWs, basically-- to talk major shit about the author. Fucking assholes, man.

Trilliath! Hell yeah I could sing their praises. ahahaha
My favorite of hers is actually the Storytelling one though, so fucking cute. Also that one with all the werewolf lore, I need that book in my life.

But yes, TW fandom is just... such a mixed bag. So much of it is so fucking awesome but then you get the crazies and the people who think they know how to write fic better than everyone else and go one like 3 hour long rants over why your fic is wrong.
I get being annoyed by the Pack!Mom and Wolf personification(IDK what to call it, but when they have the weres acting more like wolves than normal people), but I don't see the point of spending so much time being offended by it. Scroll on by, isn't that the tumblr way?

Also I really wish this drama over the "gay payoff" would die out already. It's pretty much a given that online article writers never actually research anything with accuracy. Plus all the websites these come from write for the sole purpose of sensationalism.
