I'm not that observant (I don't kasher the kitchen at all because of my roommate) but I'm out of luck on chametz and kitniyot and I'm a vegetarian on top of that so I don't do roast chicken. However I found some kosher-for-Passover treats and good recipes this year so I'm actually enjoying the food so far. I know I'm going to be jumping on some hummus and pita bread Tuesday night though.
