I guess you could read Draco's attitude towards Harry in the beginning of the first book as the same weird, fanboyish crush that everyone else has. And TvTroupes seems to dwell on the fact that he wasn't a total douche to Harry until he's rejected.

And yet somehow I never read slash into their relationship, despite being at that lovely age where I paired all the pretty boys together.

Still love Sirius/Remus though.
