Well...I can see it. I mean, if you're going to start your game with a really big theme about racism, where both your main characters are white, making the only major black character "just as bad" (as in, Elizabeth and Booker keep repeating that this is the case) as the extremely racist, jingoist, terrorist main villain...yeah, I can see it.

The message is against extremism in general, but if you're going to have a game that deals with racism (and they're are very, very few games that do), and all of the black characters in it are lunatics...Well, yeah, I see the issue.

Now, I'm positive it wasn't intentional on the part of the developers. Basically everyone is a bad person outside of the two main characters (and Booker and Elizabeth have their moments), and the story is about the perils of extremism and so on. So I know it wasn't their intention...but, it's rarely about intentionally sending these kinds of messages.
