Yeah, also the part where I'm pretty sure House killed himself after Wilson died.

And no, I'm not romanticizing or anything, but he gave up his whole life and his career when he faked his own death so I honestly can't see him going on when he couldn't even solve medical puzzles anymore.

Yeah, I got that same feeling too. It was definitely implied. The ending was perfect for the show and the two characters, imo.
