Uryuu from Bleach. He's been missing for a full year now and we're in the middle of an arc about the Quincy (his clan) so where the hell is he? This is crazy, he's supposed to be one of the mains but they sure like to keep him off-stage.

That's the thing about Bleach, Orihime, Chad, and Uryuu usually wind up getting forgotten or pushed to the sidelines so the shinigami can have the spotlight.

Speaking of which, I'd totally love to see more Orihime and Chad in the manga as well as Uryuu. It's ridiculous the treatment they get in this manga.
