Legend of Zelda, for Child Timeline stuff, I'd love to see a game in between Majora's Mask and Twilight Princess with OoT/MM!Link - maybe showing how he becomes the Hero's Shade? I don't know I just adore that Link. Also, Navi, please. Show he wasn't searching in vain! Actually, come to think of it, just Navi, period. Any timeline, any context, I just love that li'l fairy. Adult timeline, it's not so much a specific character, but I really want to see Gonzo and Alfonzo's line continuing, still protecting Zelda. Also, GROOSE. ...I really want a Skyward Sword sequel, okay.

Conversely, while I adore Midna and she's a really popular choice that people want to see again, I think her story's well and truly wrapped up.

For Pokemon, I desperately want to see Cynthia in gen 6. It's a tradition now! She's been in every single game since Diamond and Pearl!

Donna Noble? I'd literally pay money to change it so that Donna would come back in the 50th with Ten instead of Rose. ('Course, never know, she might be coming as well *crosses fingers*)

I mean, I love Rose, don't get me wrong, but Rose is way overdone and Donna is criminally underdone. It's a no-brainer.

This will sound incredibly morbid and possibly fridge-y, but I really want an episode of Doctor Who where Romana (a later regeneration, of course) comes back (from E-Space, or from some other handwavy thing) but her coming back threatens to burn up the universe or something due to the time war lock and she has to kill herself.

I don't know, it just popped into my mind one night and refused to fade away. And like I said, while it sounds fridge-y I wouldn't want it to be about the Doctor, I'd want it to be about Romana.

Even though last night's episode of Community was just OK, I really liked Rachel and I hope we see more of her. The whole Abed/Rachel thing really didn't feel forced and she was really good.

It's impossible to do as canon currently stands (DAMN YOU ARAKI) but I'd love to see the Diamond is not Crash characters get more stories, and if it's at all possible, some interactions between them and the Vento Aureo characters. Maybe with a story that takes place between VA and Stone Ocean?

Martha Jones. She so incredibly awesome and I absolutely love her to bits. She's quite underappreciated. I'd love to see her interact with Eleven, but sadly, it doesn't seem like she'll be coming back. I was a bit disappointed that she's not coming back for the 50th anniversary special, even though I knew it would never happen.

Uryuu from Bleach. He's been missing for a full year now and we're in the middle of an arc about the Quincy (his clan) so where the hell is he? This is crazy, he's supposed to be one of the mains but they sure like to keep him off-stage.

That's the thing about Bleach, Orihime, Chad, and Uryuu usually wind up getting forgotten or pushed to the sidelines so the shinigami can have the spotlight.

Speaking of which, I'd totally love to see more Orihime and Chad in the manga as well as Uryuu. It's ridiculous the treatment they get in this manga.
