I don't know why there's even a need to argue about whether she raped him in Storybrooke, because she clearly already did so in FTL. Barn door open, horse gone.

Thought experiment - if Rumpelstiltskin had ended his screaming fit at Belle by taking control of her heart and free will, then ordered her to his bedchamber, would there be any way to not see that as imminent rape?
