Um, not all slash shippers are SJWs and not not all SJWs are slash shippers.

In fact, some SJWs *hate* slash shippers because they feel like they're fetishizing gay men. That's not my take on it (in general, some expections), but that school of thought is out there.

Then again, it's not like SJW means anything on F!S other than "people who care about other people in a way that I don't care for" anyway.

I don't think the OP was saying that. I think the OP was sick of this (albeit it's less of a SJW problem and more of a fangirl problem): OMG WHY ISN'T MY SLASH OTP CANON? IS (CREATOR/AUTHOR) HOMOPHOBIC? YEAH, THEY'RE HOMOPOBIC! That doesn't mean they think everyone who has a slash ship is like that.

SJW is someone who, usually, doesn't actually care all that much about social justice. For example, they'll ignore what people in...whatever minority they're talking about actually feel and/or say, and even go far enough to harass them for not fitting into their mental image of what someone of that minority should be/feel. They also have a habit of calling someone an -ist and dogpiling when someone says something they don't like - even if it's completely unrelated to whatever the sjw calls them.

There was actually a pretty good discussion about SJW behavior [particularly their behavior towards the people they 'care' about] on the old lj comm shortly before the comm moved here that I'd really recommend looking at.
