I feel the same. It actually seems to me the outrage over stuff like this is more about people wanting to have someone to scream at? like ugh fangirls they're the worst ugh ugh you're a girl that likes slash what a horrible ally you must be

Who cares? why does it matter that she's a fangirl, so long she's not voting for homophobic politicians, she could influencing her young not to be homophobic, hell simply not being bigoted herself is already awesome and I don't see why I should care that she likes to daydream about TV gay dudes her spare time.

I wonder if this girl got harassed on the day they took this picture. Or what she thinks of the reaction it has had on the internet.
