He was the rugarou dude from Metamorphasis in season 2. He started suddenly craving human flesh and was trying to avoid giving into temptation and becoming a monster, but then the other hunter dude working with Sam & Dean ended up threatening his wife and rugarou dude when crazy and killed and ate him, so Sam & Dean had to kill him.

No problem! I have the first five seasons on dvd and put them on for bg noise a lot, so I've seen it a few times. I'm glad I could probably put this knowledge to use, lol.
