just thought I'd add that I find online interaction much more stressful than IRL. This seems to be the opposite of many people.

Irl even if I don't understand social things most of the time, I can observe and life is full of situations where there's a pretty standard topic and script etc.
Online seems like a big free for all where you never know who's listening or what people really mean... I've only de lurked, slightly, recently. I deleted my Facebook.
