If I could find decent glitter nail polish, I would buy them for this reason.

I binged on a whole bunch of Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Nail Polish that were suspiciously Sailor Moon themed. Alas, they were probably Fall or Winter collections.

If you want decent glitter nail polish, you should look into the indie scene. In America there's amazing indies like Lynnderella, Crowstoes, Lumina Lacquer, Dollish Polish, Jindie nails just to name a few, that all make really incredible glitter polishes. Outside of that, there's brands like Femme Fatale, Gloss n' Sparkle and Emily de Molly from Australia which are very high quality, but unfortunately hard to get ahold of outside of Australia, and the Brazillian nail polish scene is apparently amazing, with their actual mainstream brands producing awesome polishes too.

China Glaze makes some decent microglitter nail polishes. They don't look like much in the bottle, but on your nails they practically GLOW.
