I wish I could give you more details than this (but I guess calling up my aunt in the middle of the night to ask about her tits is frowned upon in certain parts of the world) but my aunt had a reduction done a few years ago, and they only thing she regrets is not doing it sooner.

Did you talk to any doctors yet? I believe (but please don't quote me on it) I can remember something like... the more tissue they remove, the more chance there is of sensation loss. Whether going from a G to a B would be too much in terms of risking sensation loss, I don't know.
