DO IT. Like seriously our loved ones are great but they don't always know what is best for us. If you feel uncomfortable being a g cup then that's all that matters.

Healing can be a bitch but so many people I know were so happy after breast reduction. Especially if you've ever had back issues it can be a huge help.

If you're hesitant about the B cup, maybe a C cup? C is generally a good size to go down to, I wouldn't recommend D because that's still on the large side, at least to me it is.
