One of people taking pictures of the event accidentally caught a picture of a man walking on the roof of a building right over the bombed area. It's so damn eerie, since he doesn't seem at all effected by what it going on. :/

Eh, maybe he doesn't yet know what the explosion is. Or he's keeping an eye on it without getting down and in the way. Maybe he has errands to run for work, because everyone just stopping for days on end isn't a viable reaction. Maybe he's just another observer, or is on his way to observe. Maybe he's a photographer?

It's a blurry picture of a person walking, it would be very hard for him to appear effected! :(

Maybe he was having a smoke break when the bombing occurred or was gonna take a rooftop photo of the runners? Can't exactly run on the rood
