I don't think any of the Hogwarts teachers are shown to have kids of their own.

This is what I was thinking. Granted, it didn't really go into it, but I don't think any of the teachers had children, or if they did, they were all grown already. Which is possible, since I read somewhere that the wizards live longer than average humans yet they come of age at 17, so it is quite possible that the teachers could have had children in their 20's, raised them, become widowed or divorced (which would explain why there are no teacher spouses), and then took up teaching. Not all of them probably, but it is certainly possible that some of them do have grown children out there. It's just never come into the stories.

Not to mention, at least in McGonagall's case (possibly Trelawney's as well) the interactions between aging and menopause.
