Man I love the books and the world...but I have noooooooooooooo desire to join the fandom if there is one.

Oh, and Jurassic Park. I'm happy being a fandom of one in private over that. Maybe talk about it excitedly in bursts, but no real desire to find other fans and ~connect~

Same. Seeing that one Valdemar short story collection with the story written by someone when they were 8 just kinda cinched it for me.

I just figures since it's, kinda, YA + magical talking white bonded horses + the occaisonal (depressing) epic, tragic gay love = I do NOT want to go in that fandom.

I've seen the anne mccaffrey one. Just no, no thanks. I don't wanna and no-one can make me. I don't want to view the wank, or arguments, or even the meta on Xtopic.

I'll just read them happily and maybe reblog the cover art
