Depends.

I've got my sandshoes for daily, casual comfort. (aka runners, sneakers) I've got knee probs so they're great

I'm very font of my kneehigh leather boots but they get way too warm for summer.

Equally fond of my evening flats, they're a nice supportive leather with great traction underneath. A little old fashioned but fuck my friends for bitching about it.

Got some sweet sandels recently, great for loads of walking. Again, leather. I find they just tend to last longer and feel more comfortable? Cost more though :C

I've got loads of other shoes I don't care for. I hate high heels but I have a couple for important events like weddings.

Shoes I don't care about are carefully places in a hockey bag and shoved under the bed for storage.
The rest are lined up neatly on the 2nd level of my bookcase because my rabbits have a fondness for leather...that results in horrible, stinky accidents.

My favourite footwear is my ugg boots. Okay they're only for home use, but soooo fucking comfortable.
