...What's wrong with being a teacher? McGonagall doesn't really live up to the stereotypical sexist "teacher" role, btw. That's usually elementary level only, or in girls only schools (usually boarding schools). The stereotype is actually usually that only men teach higher education, and McGonagall is more analogous to a college professor than an elementary school teacher. The girls' boarding school concept doesn't apply either because the entire point there was that women could only teach other females once the kids pass a certain age. McGonagall is a prestigious educator, not some lousy stereotype.

Also it's not like Rowling wrote in kids for all of the Hogwarts students in the epilogue. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure she never mentioned Luna and Rolf having kids. Cho is another good example.
