Well, you like what you like.

I didn't get the 'hype' that my friends had over the movie or the musical. Then again, musicals aren't my thing, mainly because of how people sing in musicals. The way their voices sound bothers me, especially if it's constant singing. It doesn't matter if the plot is interesting or not. I can't stand constant singing in that way.

However, I'm still interested in reading the book. I treat it as a separate entity. Something like that.
