This doesn't help for the past, but maybe if he takes any classes like this in the future, you can recommend that he ask if he can have some sort of extended time limit on tests so he has time to read and understand all the questions.

I know he talks to his professors about moving deadlines because of his work hours. I don't know if they would have given him extra time on his exams. The online tests are automated and I don't know if extensions are possible.

Besides, everyone has to take a college English course before taking any other classes. My dad really should not be doing so badly since he passed the English course. Since he is, I wonder if he cheated off his classmates too when he took the English course.

I'd ask him about the English class before confronting him, since he'd be less likely to give you a straight answer after the confrontation [or I'd assume he would anyways].

If he cheated on the English course...then yeah. I'd report him, or at least ask him to retake it and offer to help. That'll effect more than just his grade in that one class [since, I'm assuming, you live in an English speaking country], but if it's just the management class then I'd confront him and leave it at that.

I definitely think he cheated on the online sections of his other classes too but I don't have any proof. I have helped him with written portions of this class before, he misunderstood some very basic questions and I don't think he retained much of the course.

He's also using the management class and another class on his resumé. I don't think either class should be listed on there.

If he's doing it in all, or several, of his classes I'd try to gather proof then confront him.
