Yeah, I don't watch the shows, so I'm not aware, but my first reaction was basically, "Well. Did they have sex with somebody without their consent? Because that's rape. And that would make one a rapist."

Whether or not the men could consent is a matter of debate; there was magic involved with Regina but Graham still slept with her willingly, and Crixus was a slave but Lucretia left him alone when he asked her to.

Graham didn't sleep with her willingly back in the Fairytale world, when she ripped his heart out and had her guards drag him to her bedchamber. We don't see those rapes on screen, but there's not a lot else you can read into that. And in Storybrooke, while he doesn't remember what she did to him and thus thinks he's acting willingly, she does remember and is using his lack of memory in order to keep sleeping with him. The moment he tried to stop sleeping with her and leave for someone else, she murdered him. With the heart she had used to control and rape him in the fairytale world.

Sorry, honey, but that is not a consensual relationship. Direct rape in one world, if off screen, and rape by fraud in the other, followed up by murder for trying to break free.

No one in Storybrooke does anything Regina doesn't want. You may want to rewatch "Welcome to Storybrooke". She determined everyone's backstory and personality, and we're blatantly showed her using Graham's heart to control him. You have a really weird definition of "consensual".

she acquiesced when he said no because her husband's livelihood depended on Crixus surviving the fight. the reason he gave for saying 'no' was because of the fight.

if he hadn't had the fight coming up, would she have still let it go?

I'd say no.
