Re: How do you deal with anxiety?

Not exactly the pinnacle of anxiety management right now, but I get around it by structuring and organising things. For bedtime, I've set up a routine so my body knows we're going to sleep and starts relaxing for me.

My method is to have a shower, watch a tv show or read a book (no time to do it any other time anyway), get into pyjamas and go to bed. My bed is only for sleeping, I don't read or play computers on it. So my subconscious only associates it with sleep.

For the just about anythings, where you can do them over and over so you convince yourself there's nothing to worry about?
