Dude, if you're really worried about it, take a breather. Even just a few days of disconnecting from Doctor Who might break the fog you're in, and god only knows that's a series and fandom that will definitely be there when you return. Seriously, it sounds kinda like you've flooded your circuitry, or done what I call a little mild self-brainwashing. Happens to me with any new thing that sucks me in - even puzzle games. My head will start thinking in terms of that puzzle and I'll even dream about it. Granted, Who fandom and time travel are worlds more complex than that, but really - just give yourself a few days' break. It'll probably clear up a bit. :)
