(Anonymous) 2013-04-22 03:49 am (UTC)(link)Put the hardware for any furniture you have to take apart in individual, sealed and labeled plastic baggies. Put all of those in one big bag, along with any required tools for reassembly. Make sure that goes with you when you move the furniture! Putting the big stuff in first is a good idea. Plan ahead for where you're going to sleep and make sure you've got enough supplies (food, disposable dishes, toiletries...) for the next morning.
Blankets and towels are also great for packing more fragile things in, or for putting between furniture pieces so they don't rub.
