since no one else has replied, i will.

i can't diagnose you over the internet, since a) i'm not qualified, and b) the person with the best knowledge of your situation is you.

if this is something that's making you upset or causing you stress, the obvious thing i'd suggest is talking to a professional about it.

you can try a counsellor or a psychologist or even going to the doctor (they may refer you to a psychologist), or if money's a concern for you, there may be free online, phone, or walk-in services you can access.

even making the effort to talk to someone about it can be difficult, especially with sensitive topics like weight gain & sexual fantasies. personally, dragging myself off to see a psychologist was scary for me... but definitely worth it.

also, if you don't feel comfortable with the person you're talking to about it, always know that you can see someone else! it's not a locked-in commitment. :)
