Whatever. I'm anon, I can hardly complain about that, and usernames can definitely make things easier to follow.

What I'm getting tired of is ad hominem attacks on named users with minimal relevance to the subject which was actually being talked about.

I'm only reading a couple secret threads and a few GC threads, but has that been a thing at all today, or are you just trying to make it a thing?

It's been a thing previously, but I haven't noticed it today.

It happens here from time to time, but I haven't really noticed it in a while.

I think chard gets the worst of it, but it's been pretty quiet lately...

It used to be a lot worse. Back when the SJW's were really shitting this up, folks would actually repost links to old, entirely unrelated threads just to "remind" us all why we should hate somebody.

Oddly, they never did it to me. Like, you could see that, but it was always people who just had a differing view on say, pregnancy or whatever.

I remember that! They would even take stuff from other comms.

I just remember some SJWs who harassed one user for months over something she said and apologized for. She started cutting again because of them and when she posted pictures of it they harassed her even more for triggering them with the picture.

So yeah, F!S used to be way worse.

I just remember feeling so ashamed because I wasn't brave enough at the time to say anything. I think I once anoned a bit of encouragement but I don't know. I might be making that up because it was so long ago. I just wish there was something I could have done, you know?

As for Chard...idk. A lot of what I've seen might have as much to do with the fact that she is pretty abrasive sometimes. Though, I'll admit I don't exactly go out of my way to look for when people are doing this. -shrugs-

I've only ever seen anons here gang up on Chard. Which I don't particularly approve of but I digress.

I think all of us, anons and usernames, get that one mean comment now and then, like yesterday was fun for me, but really, I see more people hating on anons than usernames. The thing is though, most anons that get shit are generally being dicks. Also, people tend to forget usernames can go anon. So really, yeah, hate for one group is stupid.

But if you were speaking of a bunch of attacks, who has been dogpiled for being them?

ill_omened gets dogpiled sometimes and I know it has happened recently, but yeah, it seems most people gang up on chard and leave everyone else alone.

So yeah, a few users take most of the hits while the rest of us, users and anons, deal with angry one-offs on the rare occasion.

Better than it used to be and better than expected but worse than wished for.
