I don't know. I have a very real problem with acknowledging or understanding happiness or contentment and I'm unsure if it's because I have overblown high expectations due to media and reading where everything is overly emotionally charged, or if it's just me being some kind of broken. It's something I think about a lot.

This really strikes me, and I want to say I hope you do figure out your happiness. I understand this to some extent, especially the possible media influence. It can be hard :\ But I wish you the best.

I think it was you but I am so scatterbrained I couldn't swear to it but you said/quoted something about a mood belonging to your depression, not you? I think I skimmed but it has kind of stuck with me recently.
