Re: Laughing when uncomfortable?

I laugh at awkward things. I can normally contain it to appropriate situations though, like movies with my friends. (I will laugh at almost every sex scene and death scene.) I also tend to smile when I'm angry but I do that on purpose because I don't like people knowing I'm angry.

As for advice, I don't really have much. Maybe start small? Go from laughing a lot to only a little, to smiling, to nothing? Cold turkey seems harder. Try to distance yourself, at least in your mind, from the situation.
