I get emails from Daily Kos, Demand Progress, and Planned Parenthood about all the political and social attacks on our rights and whatnot, and I feel ridiculously guilty deleting them without reading half of them. I just don't like knowing just how bad everything is getting, but I'd feel even guiltier about unsubscribing from them. I care about what's going on, but I just don't feel like I can do much at all about it :(

yeah same. I feel bad because when I get an email notification and it's from a petition site with some horrible story most of the time I just think "goddammit quit cramping my style"
