Aw, hell, no O.o Why would anyone want so much space (for personal use?).

Give me a cozy cottage somewhere nice to escape from the world, or a downtown city house (so I can adopt all the street animals I'm able to mantain with dignity), then we're talking. If not for my desire of adopting animals/making a refuge, I'd even be a 100% apartment person. I'm not going to have kids, at most I'll have a partner of any gender, so my idea of a comfortable living space is having a place big enough to fit me, my cats, all my books, some furniture, a queen sized bed and a good enough (but manageable) kitchen. The less I have to clean, the better.
